Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover). When you make a purchase at our online store, you can be assured that your payment is securely submitted and processed by Authorize.net, the world's leading secure payment processing system.

You may also choose to pay for your order via Paypal, which enables you to pay via most major credit cards or by e-check if you do not have a credit card. You can also choose to transfer payment directly from your bank account.

All prices are in US Dollars.

Sales tax for Florida residences: All items shipped within Florida will be subject to a 6.5% tax rate.

 

What is our delivery time?

ORDERS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 1 TO 3 DAYS OF ORDERING ONLINE.

We ship retail orders via First Class USPS mail. If the item is in stock, delivery takes between 6-8 business days on average. If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email stating the approximate delivery time.

 

What are your shipping rates?

Individual orders are shipped via USPS. 
 
Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order is sent. UPS shipping rates are weight-based, and you can view shipping costs in your shopping cart prior to checkout. For any questions about wholesale orders or shipping rates, please contact us.
 
For returns that aren't due to defects in manufacturing, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

 

Do we ship internationally?

We are currently not able to ship individual orders internationally. For wholesale orders, please contact us if you require international shipping.

 

Are the Products Waterproof?

Dog-E-Glow™ collars and leashes are not “waterproof.” If you submerge or soak the products, they might malfunction and the lighting mechanism may be permanently disabled.

 

I've soaked the battery compartment, what can I do?

If you happen to soak the battery compartment, immediately remove the batteries and allow the unit to dry completely. After drying, install new batteries and see if the collar or leash will function.

 

How do I replace the battery?

Unscrew the compartment using a mini screwdriver and remove the batteries. Our collars and leashes use two 2032 3v batteries which can be found at any major retail store in the battery aisle.

 

The collar/leash does not light up or the glow appears less bright, what do I do?

Please check and replace the batteries; this typically solves this problem.

 

Do you have smaller sizes?

We definitely don't want to leave out the little ones! We are working on smaller sizes right now. If you Follow Us On Facebook, you'll know as soon as they're available for purchase.
