Money Back Guarantee
We are so confident that you will enjoy your new Dog-E-Glow that we offer a money back guarantee (less taxes, shipping, and handling) for returns initiated within 7 days of receipt. If you are not happy with your Dog-E-Glow purchase, please use our Contact Us form to obtain a return authorization and the return address. Your returned leash must be accompanied with the purchase receipt and be in like-new condition and free from damage and defects.
 
Product Warranty
At Dog-E-Glow LLC we stand behind the quality of our products. You may return defective items within 60 days from the original date of purchase.  If you do experience a defect, please contact us using our returns form.  Your return must be accompanied by your purchase receipt. Our limited warranty will not apply to damaged, broken, or frayed items due to improper use, dog chewing, rough surfaces, water exposure, or other misuse or abuse.
 
Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover). When you make a purchase at our online store, you can be assured that your payment is securely submitted and processed by Authorize.net, the world's leading secure payment processing system.
 
You may also choose to pay for your order via Paypal, which enables you to pay via most major credit cards or by e-check if you do not have a credit card. You can also choose to transfer payment directly from your bank account.All prices are in US Dollars.Sales tax for Florida residences: All items shipped within Florida will be subject to a 6.5% tax rate.
 
What is the delivery time?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days when you order  online. We ship retail orders via First Class USPS mail. If the item is in stock, delivery takes between 6-8 business days on average. If an item is out of stock, we will send you an email stating the approximate delivery time.
 
 
Wholesale orders are shipped via UPS ground shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number when your order is sent. UPS shipping rates are weight-based, and you can view shipping costs in your shopping cart prior to checkout. For any questions about wholesale orders or shipping rates, please contact us.
 
For returns that aren't due to defects in manufacturing, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
 
Do we ship internationally?
We are currently not able to ship individual orders internationally. For wholesale orders, please contact us if you require international shipping.
 
Are the Products Waterproof?
They are "Water Resistant" but they are not “waterproof.” If you submerge or soak the products, they might malfunction and the lighting mechanism may be permanently disabled. If you happen to soak the battery compartment, immediately remove the batteries and allow the unit to dry completely. After drying, install new batteries and usually the collar or leash will still function.
 
How do I replace the battery?
The batteries are easily replaceable, with no tools required.  Simply pinch the two end of the battery tray and slide it out of the button. Our collars and leashes use two 2032 3v batteries which can be found at any major retail store in the battery aisle.  Replacement batteries are also included with every collar, leash, and harness.
 
The collar/leash does not light up or the glow appears less bright, what do I do?
Please check and replace the batteries; this typically solves this problem.
 
Do you have smaller sizes?
We definitely don't want to leave out the little ones! Currently we have our LED comfort harness for smaller dogs and are also working on smaller sized collars right now. If you Follow Us On Facebook, you'll know as soon as they're available for purchase.
