At Dog-E-Glow LLC we stand behind the quality of our products. You may return defective items within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as originally supplied by the manufacturer. We extend this warranty to the original purchaser of our product(s). If you do experience a defect, please return the item to the place of purchase or use our Contact Us form to obtain a return authorization and the return address. Your return must be accompanied by your purchase receipt. Our limited warranty will not apply to damaged, broken, or frayed items due to improper use, dog chewing, rough surfaces, water exposure, or other misuse or abuse.
